Experience Required: One year experience working in a long-term care setting required.

License(s)/Certifications Required:

1. CNA Certificate Required
2. CPR Certification Required

Charge Nurse - RN (PRN)

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required

Experience Required: Experience working in a long-term care setting required.

License(s)/Certifications Required: Current, valid Illinois RN license

Housekeeper

Job Description:

The primary purpose of your job position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, and/or the Director of Housekeeping, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Required:

1. One year experience working in housekeeping required.
2. One year experience working in a long-term care setting preferred.
